Group Term Life Insurance


Sum Assured
It is the sum you have to name in the Proposal Form and which you will be covered under this type of insurance. You have the right to name your sum assured, provided your ability to pay corresponding premiums.

Age of Cover
Persons eligible for assurance should be aged18 years and more up to age 60.

Accident Definition
Wherever mentioned herein, it is meant by accident that occurs solely, directly and independently of all other causes that results in bodily injury or death of a person and affected through external, violent, visible and accidental means.

How can you choose your benefits?
You have the right to select your benefits of cover that conform to your demanding requirements. Taking into consideration that death, all causes is the basic benefit offered by this type of insurance and it doesn’t stand without it. There are other benefits, which are elective ones and can be added optionally to the basic benefit. All benefits are ordered and detailed under benefits?

How to apply?
It is very easy to apply for assurance with us, you are requested to press on quote and fill the Proposal Form & Personal Statement and submit to us. Competitive quotation will be sent to you shortly. The quotation will include the benefits requested, rates, terms and exclusions. You should read the quotation carefully and send us your comments or queries for clarification.

Medical Examination Report (MER)
Please note that once we receive the completed Proposal Form & Personal Statement, you might be asked in some cases to complete the MER.

Moreover, if you are aged 50 years or more you are required to complete the MER. This is just a way to make all points clear from the very beginning.


Basic Benefit
Death All Causes: In case of death, the compensation will be 100% of the sum insured.

Ancillary Benefits
Ancillary benefits apply for accidents only and subject to the accident definition. These benefits are selective ones. You can select any of the benefits or all of them in addition to the basic benefit.

ADB
Accidental Death Benefit: If the death occurs, as the result of an accident the compensation will be an additional amount equivalent to the sum insured.

PTD
Permanent Total Disability Due To Accident (Accident Benefits)    

PPD
Permanent partial Disability Due To Accident (Accident Benefits)

TTD
Temporary Total Disability Due To Accident (Accident Benefits)

MEDEX.
Medical Expenses due to accident (Accident Benefits)

Having read the benefits and selected those you require, you may ask about the rates applying for cover. You just fill in the Proposal Form & Personal Statement below and would get back annually applicable rates shortly.
